WHAT TO EXPECT

Following the scheduling of your appointment via phone or in person, we arrange an initial meeting for a thorough examination and evaluation conducted by a licensed Physical Therapist.

This appointment will be scheduled at a time and day that suits your availability. No referral from a medical professional is necessary beforehand. We provide flexible payment options, including cash, and payments through most medical insurance plans.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to leave enough time to fill out new patient paperwork.

New Patients can also fill out paperwork online prior to the initial appt through an email link provided if prefered.

What to Bring to Initial Appointment:

Identification card (Driver's License, Student ID, Legal Guardian’s ID)

If using health insurance, make sure to have all insurance cards available

A licensed physical therapist will evaluate you to determine a treatment plan moving forward. Your treatment plan could be as short as 1-2 visits, or longer if needed.

We want to get you feeling better as fast as we can! If physical therapy isn't the best option for you, or if you need further medical assessment, we’re knowledgeable in addressing other treatment options.
