During your first visit, you can expect an initial assessment by our licensed physical therapist. This assessment will include a review of your medical history, evaluation of your current condition, discussion of your goals, and the development of a personalized treatment plan.

The frequency of your physical therapy sessions will depend on your individual needs and treatment plan.

In many cases, a doctor's referral is not required for physical therapy. However, some insurance providers may require a referral for coverage. We recommend checking with your insurance provider or contacting us directly for more information.

Each physical therapy session typically lasts between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the complexity of your condition and the treatment plan.

Yes, physical therapy can be highly effective in managing chronic pain. Our therapists use a variety of techniques including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to address underlying issues, improve mobility, and reduce pain levels.
