Ashley helped me literally get back on my foot after a really nasty fall and serious sprain. She knew just how to rebuild my flexibility and strength in a way that made for excellent and progressive healing. She's wonderful!

I didn’t have enough problems, so I decided to start gymnastics at the ripe age of 29. Thankfully, Sam was there to fix the consequences of my own actions. Sam is very knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. He resolved all my issues to the point where I don’t need to go to PT anymore (I lost a valuable social hour in my day-to-day). That said, the atmosphere at Ascend is very welcoming and relaxed. Overall, it’s a great place with great professionals.

I recommend Ascend Physical Therapy to anyone in need of rehabilitative therapy. I have been working with Allison, and she's been excellent - she did a thorough evaluation, demonstrates exercises and provides clear instructions, gives knowledgeable answers to all my questions, and has an upbeat and friendly attitude that keeps me motivated. I feel like the vibe there is chill and empowering rather than clinical and intimidating. If you're considering PT, give them a call. You'll be happy you did!

Ascend has been a game changer in figuring out my chronic back pain. I have spent thousands of dollars trying to get answers all over the Treasure Valley with no success until I found Sam at Ascend. Every appointment I go to I leave feeling way better and I know I'm on the path to success with this pain. Which if anyone knows about long term pain having hope that something is actually working can be half the battle. I really appreciate the practical care that is given at each appointment. Ascend will be my go to PT recommendation from here on out!

I highly recommend this place for anyone who is pregnant! I went to Ashley for some pain I had with my last pregnancy that I didn't want to experience this time around. Safe to say all of the exercises she gave me helped so much and I didn't experience any pain (pelvic, lower back, etc.) my whole pregnancy!!!

Ascend Physical Therapy is an outstanding place to get treatment. My Therapist, Dr Bergerson, has given me significant relief from my chronic pain in just a few weeks, starting with the first visit. She has been excellent at explaining the causes of my pain, and has created a very hopeful outlook for successful treatment. The office environment is relaxed and non intimidating. I'm an avid snowboarder and hurt my knee while riding. Sam was able to get me in quickly, diagnose the injury and got me on a recovery plan so that it was not a season ender. I am so, so happy I was referred to their clinic. It's an incredibly welcoming environment, the care I've received has exceeded my expectations and it's clear that other patients think very highly of their therapists. Would 10/10 recommend.

Allison the PT and Abbi at Ascend PT are awesome. Allison has helped me deal with and overcome a forearm injury that I had for 6/7 months. Not only does she listen and make therapy fun, but it is also challenging to make sure that my injury doesn't come back.
